As a major step in the development of the Knight Schools Program, which will serve every third grader in Miami Dade County Public Schools, educators from selected pilot schools were inspired by a visit to the Pérez Art Museum Miami site followed by a workshop linking exhibitions and art making to critical thinking, creativity and curriculum standards for literacy.
