Teachers and Students

Making MAM a lively place for lifelong learning is at the heart of MAM’s mission. MAM inspires new ways of seeing and thinking through educational programs for visitors of all ages and cultural backgrounds. Since 1996, MAM has served more than 500,000 people through its educational programming, which makes it the largest art museum education program in Miami-Dade County.

  • Teachers and Students (ages 5 to 18) MAM offers public and private school tours for K-12 students and resources for teachers. MAM’s lively, interactive tours are designed to develop an understanding of modern and contemporary art while encouraging self-expression at every grade level.

 

  • Youth and Family
    MAM offers an array of fun programs and activities for families at the museum and in the community throughout the year.

 

  • Adults

    MAM’s programs for adults, college and university students include lectures, gallery talks and exhibition tours.

 

  • Access Programs
    Access Programs help people with disabilities enjoy their visit to MAM.
